Create a better outcome
The mediation process
Pre-mediation discussions
Discover if mediation is right for you. These discussions helps you understand how conflict impacts you, your conflict style, and work on self-regulation in preparation for mediation. You’ll learn how Theresa supports all parties so they feel empowered and are able to take the next step.
Mediation sessions
Theresa takes both parties through the mediation process, ensuring your needs and concerns are shared in a respectful and constructive manner. You decide how to work on conflict, while Theresa gives you support and guidance.
Post-mediation support
If you need continued support after our engagement, Theresa helps you continue in your communication. Conflict isn’t easy, and we can all use help to be successful.
Types of conflicts
Workplace conflict
After many years of consulting in IT, Theresa has seen how festering conflicts prevent organizations from moving forward and realizing their potential. They also drain employee morale and divide coworkers. Theresa can help you create a better outcome in your work environment. Please note this service is not for workplace assessments.
Stratas
People, parking, and pets! Living in a communal environment is hard when families, cultures, incomes, and ethnicity combine. What is “common sense” to one person isn’t common sense to another. Theresa supports you in stressful, high stakes strata conversations.
Sports teams and clubs
Participating in sports, clubs and hobbies is supposed to be fun and relaxing, but can be super stressful when different families, expectations, and finances are involved. Having played sports all her life and seen the types of conflicts people can have, Theresa supports you in discussing what’s going on and moving towards a better future.
